Get in the Car Katie Malco ...and the Slow Parade 18 Plays

Katie Malco - Get In The Car.

Malco just liked that post I made about II.OI. getting me through the day at work and it’s kinda cool/funny/weird to me because for a different boring week at work I pretty much had a playlist consisting of her second EP and CRU by Gnarwolves on a loop to drag me through the day and it was brilliant. EVERYONE LISTEN TO KATIE MALCO. She is ace, like. Plays the guitar upside down like a right oddball. N-TOWN PUNX.

Aww thanksss <3

Snakes And Ladders One Toy Soldier Concrete Smiles At The Midnight Hospital Diner 10 Plays

One Toy Solider - Snakes And Ladders.

UK Emo was 100% better in 2007 than it is now. I’m fucking sick of it now. Too much twinkling, too much soft grunge, too many vague, non-committal sad lyrics that are ultimately meaningless. But One Toy Soldier were the greatest band. Seriously. The artwork for their first record was drawn entirely with a biro and they sounded a bit like early Mineral and early Jimmy Eat World and early Idlewild and they were amazing.

Lomo Prieta all day today

Cloudbusting Playlist

katieannemal:

I made this playlist a wee while ago for Ben, and now I add to it when I hear a song that I want to ‘bookmark’. It’s really good, you should subscribe to it! If you like.
I like it because it’s quite expansive, genre wise. Lots of stuff, like Kate Bush, Rival Schools, Pianos Become the Teeth, Deftones, Fleetwood Mac, Radiohead, Lia Ices and Land of Talk.

My name is not Tallulah Everett, obviously. It’s a work Spotify account that I use here at [PIAS] UK.

Here it is:

Cloudbusting

Hey, who wants to hear a new song, aired last night at the Old Blue Last in London? Sure you do! Wait til you hear the band version, it is absolute *rock*….
